Garden

The garden is planted around the secluded and sheltered Courtyard. Most of the plants are climbers. In particular we have a very large old Wisteria winding its way up one corner and around 2 walls and a balcony. There are also a number of Honeysuckles, Clematis and Jasmines. In one corner a huge Pyracanthus provides some overhead shade, and during the summer a South African Yellowood tree dominates along with potted Palms, Figs, Olives, Oleander, Vines and Bourgainvillia (Sorry - the frost got the Bourgainvillia !). In the borders a range of bulbs give a year round splash of colour - Daffodils, Crocus, Snowdrops and Allium.
